Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin - have added a one-week extension to their summer engagement in Broadway's razzle-dazzle hit, Chicago. Originally scheduled to play through Sunday, July 29, Rinna and Hamlin will now appear through Sunday, August 5.

"Being on Broadway is truly one of the most thrilling things I've done in my career," said Rinna.  "And to be starring in this great show with my husband right on stage with me has been a dream come true for both of us. But these six weeks went by so quickly!  Luckily, we now get to play Roxie and Billy for a little longer than we expected."

Fresh off the heels of the Chicago National Tour, Rinna is making her Broadway stage debut as Roxie Hart, with Hamlin co-starring in the role of Billy Flynn. Chicago is playing at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.), where it is currently celebrating its 10th year on Broadway. Rinna and Hamlin joined the show on Tuesday, June 19.

Lisa Rinna most recently appeared on the hit ABC-TV series "Dancing with the Stars," as well as participating in the "Dancing with the Stars" national tour. She hosted the Oxygen TV series "Tease," a new reality show focusing on up-and-coming hair stylists vying for an ultimate prize. She is perhaps known to many daytime TV fans as Billie Reed, the free-spirited character she portrayed in the NBC hit "Days of Our Lives." This September, Rinna will debut as the new red-carpet host for the TV Guide Channel.

With previous appearances on Broadway in Summer and Smoke and Awake and Sing!, Harry Hamlin began his career with a Golden Globe nomination for Best Motion Picture Acting Debut in the musical comedy Movie Movie, and has been working steadily in TV, film and stage for three decades.  His most recent foray on television had him following his wife's lead as a participant on "Dancing with the Stars."  He earned three consecutive Golden Globe nominations for his work on "L.A. Law." His film credits include Clash of the Titans, Making Love and Strange Wilderness.

Chicago is produced by Barry and Fran Weissler, directed by Walter Bobbie and choreographed by Ann Reinking.  Previous international engagements include productions in Abu Dhabi, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Brazil, Dubai, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, South Africa and Sweden. Upcoming productions are slated for Denmark and Korea.

The Broadway cast of Chicago also stars Brenda Braxton as Velma Kelly, Rob Bartlett as Amos Hart, Roz Ryan as Matron "Mama" Morton and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.
