Lincoln Center's First-Ever Campus-Wide Livestream Schedule Announced; Will Offer Unprecedented Access to the World's Leading Cultural Center

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts announced new details for its upcoming global livestream, A Day in the Life at Lincoln Center, the daylong Facebook Live broadcast on October 7, 2016. The unprecedented live event will feature all 11 resident performing arts organizations at Lincoln Center. The livestream will be produced by Telescope, the leader in real-time audience engagement, and powered by their Live Studio streaming platform, giving never-before-seen access to activities both onstage and off.
Some of the highlights of A Day in the Life at Lincoln Center include appearances by piano virtuoso Lang Lang, before his New York Philharmonic performance; New York City Ballet's Megan Fairchild; pioneering jazz pianist Marc Cary; the Metropolitan Opera's Ryan Speedo Green and Susanna Phillips; filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar; and School of American Ballet's Suki Schorer, with hosts Donya Bommer, Vivienne LaBorde, Del Walters, and Tally Sessions.

9:00 am The Juilliard School's morning drama warm-up class
9:30 am Follow New York City Ballet principal dancer Megan Fairchild throughout the day as she prepares for the evening's performance
10:30 am School of American Ballet's advanced girls' class with longtime faculty member Suki Schorer and the advanced boys' class with faculty member Jonathan Stafford
1:00 pm Metropolitan Opera House tour with Ryan Speedo Green and Susanna Phillips
2:30 pm Rehearsal for The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center
4:00 pm Performance by jazz pianist Elio Villafranca and musician Abdou Mboup and tour of Jazz at Lincoln Center
4:30 pm Rehearsal for New York Philharmonic Ensembles, the Philharmonic's chamber music series

10:00 pm Visit to New York's famous Josie Robertson Plaza, home of the Revson Fountain
10:30 pm Curtain call of Lincoln Center Theater's production of the musical Falsettos on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre, and a post-show stagedoor hangout with cast members and fans
Also, curators at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts "show and tell" highlights from the Library's collection.
Throughout the day on Facebook, there will be ticket giveaways and opportunities for fans to engage with the action.
