Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award winner Lily Tomlin will make a special guest appearance next month in the 10th anniversary edition of Broadway Backwards. Also joining the lineup is Honeymoon in Vegas star Rob McClure, who will share hosting duties with Julie Halston from the current hit revival of You Can't Take It With You.

This year's Broadway Backwards (#bwaybackwards), which will feature some of the most memorable numbers from previous years, will be held at 8 pm Monday, March 9, 2015, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street). The evening is produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefits BC/EFA and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of New York.

Also just added to the cast of the one-night-only benefit is Elizabeth Stanley, who is starring in the acclaimed Broadway revival of On the Town. She will join previously announced performers Jim Brochu, Tituss Burgess, Charles Busch, Mario Cantone, Len Cariou, Jenn Colella, Robin De Jesús, Harvey Evans, Lena Hall, Shawna Hamic, Ann Harada, Florence Henderson, Aaron Lazar, Telly Leung, Norm Lewis, Maureen McGovern, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Lee Roy Reams, Brian Charles Rooney, Douglas Sills, Jason Michael Snow, Micah Stock, Lillias White and Tony Yazbeck. Performers subject to change.

Broadway Backwards is the annual celebration where gays and lesbians experience their stories as told through the great songs of musical theatre and performed by their favorite Broadway stars.

Tickets are available exclusively at broadwaycares.org or by calling 212.840.0770, ext. 268. Prices start at $85.

Broadway Backwards creator Robert Bartley will again direct and choreograph the show. Also returning are Mary-Mitchell Campbell as music supervisor and Tim Rosser as music director. Adam Roberts serves as associate choreographer with lighting design by Ryan O'Gara and costume design by Bernadette Banner.

Last year's sold-out show raised a record-breaking $423,182 and featured a lineup of 51 performers from Broadway, film and television.

Broadway Backwards began as a grassroots concert performed at the Center in 2006. In subsequent years, the event grew quickly, performing Off-Broadway, then on Broadway for the last six years.

Broadway Backwards is sponsored by The New York Times and United Airlines.
