Legally Blonde THE MUSICAL paints the city pink as it celebrates its first year anniversary on April 29, 2008 with a week of events.

* Spring Jam at the NBA Store (April 24)
The Broadway cast performs a few of the hits as the NBA store (666 5th
Avenue) goes blonde on Thursday, April 24th from 2:00-5:00pm.
* The unveiling of
Laura Bell Bundy's Caricature at Sardi's (April 24)
Laura Bell will be joining the honored Sardi's hall of fame with her very
own caricature.
* 1 Year Anniversary (April 29)
* EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women (May 3)
Cast member Becky Gulsvig will perform "So Much Better" in Times Square as
the crowd prepares for the race at 8:15am on Saturday, May 3rd.
* The Tribeca Film Festival (May 3)
Broadway cast members will perform at 11am on Saturday, May 3rd (Greenwich
St. between Hubert and Duane Streets) at the outdoor festival which kicks
off the NYC Tribeca Film Festival.

Legally Blonde THE MUSICAL earned seven 2007 Tony Award nominations, ten 2007 Drama Desk Award Nominations, a 2007 Outer Critics Circle Award and the chorus of the musical was honored by Actors' Equity Association's Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs (ACCA) with the first ever ACCA Award. The musical also ranked in the top ten list of the most requested Ticketmaster "Arts & Theatre Events" for 2007.
The show opened on Broadway at the Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway, between 46th and 47th Streets) on April 29, 2007, preview performances began on April 3, 2007.
