According to Showbizspy.com, Lea Michele will play an intricate part in the creation of the upcoming tribute episode to late Glee actor and boyfriend of Michele, Cory Monteith. The actor was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room on July 13th as a result of an accidental drug overdose.

"The producers are still going back and forth on what they want to do and clearing music for his tribute," revealed an inside source. "But most of all, Glee's creative team is looking to Lea to give the final word on decisions that are being made for this season's third episode, which will be an emotional tribute to Cory."

Added the source, "The meetings are lengthy and Lea is a part of them to make sure everything is just right. When they start filming the PSAs and the third episode, that is going to be a mess. After they film that episode they are going to take a break to recharge."

The fifth season of Glee is scheduled to air September 26th. The show's co-creator, Ryan Murphy, recently revealed that the season will kick off with two episodes featuring the music of The Beatles followed by the Monteith tribute in episode three.
