Deadline.com's Comic Con correspondent has reported that although the characters played by Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith will be graduating high school, the actors will not be leaving the show. This statement was issued this morning by Glee's co-creator and Executive Producer Brad Falchuk. The comment was made in response to recent remarks made by Co-creator Ryan Murphy.
Deadline.com quotes Falchuk as stating, "Here's the exact thing: They're seniors. They're graduating. But that doesn't mean they're leaving the show," Falchuk said. "It was never our intention or plan to let these people go... They are not done with the show after this season."
Also addressed during the panel was the idea of a spin-off show and the departure of guest star Chord Overstreet. For the full coverage visit: http://www.deadline.com/2011/07/comic-con-2011-glee-stars-lea-michele-chris-colfer-and-cory-monteith-not-leaving/
