Lazar Set for Solo Cabaret Debut with 'VOICES' Series at the Beechman 4/6

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is pleased present Broadway's Aaron Lazar (Impressionism, A Tale of Two Cities, Les Miserables, The Light in the Piazza) in his solo cabaret debut. On Monday, April 6, Lazar will take to the stage with special guest, Jenny Powers (Grease, Little Women). Musical Direction and Arrangements are by ANDY EINHORN, and Michael Berresse (title of show, A Chorus Line, The Light in the Piazza, Kiss Me, Kate, etc.) serves as Dramaturg.

For reservations, which are required, please call 212 695 6909. There is a $25 cover charge, as well as a $15 food or beverage minimum (a full dinner menu is available). The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located at 407 West 42nd St., within The West Bank Cafe.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is very pleased to announce the continuation of VOICES FROM THE GREAT WHITE WAY, featuring one night only concerts from some of Broadway's leading talents. The series runs March 2 - May 31. Each concert will begin at 7pm. There is a $25 cover charge, as well as a $15 food/beverage minimum. Voices From the Great White Way debuted in 2007 at the Beechman. Since then, the series has featured thrilling, sold out concerts by Farah Alvin, Christine Andreas, Becca Ayers, Andrea Burns, Matt Castle, Kristy Cates, Nikki Renee Daniels, John Treacy Egan, Alison Fraser, Alexander Gemignani, Luba Mason, Judy McLane, Mary Testa & Barbara Walsh. We're pleased to welcome the following performers to our stage during this first part of 2009:
