Laura Osnes & Corey Cott to Teach Audition Technique Masterclass at A Class Act NY, 8/6

Broadway stars Laura Osnes (CINDERELLA, BONNIE AND CLYDE) and Corey Cott (NEWSIES, GIGI) are teaching a musical theatre audition technique masterclass to advanced students of A Class Act NY, the award-winning acting studio for kids and teens, on August 6 in NYC.

Students who are experienced in musical theater auditioning or who have taken audition technique workshops previously are eligible to take this advanced masterclass.

Eighteen students between the ages of 9-19 will sing a 32-bar cut of a musical theater song that they would like to use for auditions. Then, Laura and Corey will offer thoughtful feedback and coaching. They will also offer helpful general audition tips and answer students' questions in a Q&A.

Laura and Corey recently starred together in BANDSTAND at Paper Mill Playhouse. They will reprise their roles on Broadway in the 2016-2017 season.

Young performers will learn from Broadway stars how to present themselves best in a musical theatre audition. This workshop is a must for any serious young actor. Registration is very limited; reserve your spot here while you still can!
