The Broadway Workshop, Manhattan's fastest-growing acting program for young artists, has teamed up with Laura Bell Bundy for a second Musical Theatre Master Class.
Bundy along with The Broadway Workshop director Marc Tumminelli will offer young actors the opportunity to work on all areas of musical theatre performance in a one day master class. A major portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Bundy's charity: Kreative Kids.
This class will focus on giving young performers the tools necessary to help them stand out in professional auditions. Some of the topics covered are: song interpretation, vocal coaching, scene work, dance combination and musical theatre audition technique.
The one day master class is designed for ages 9-15 and will take place Sunday, February 24, 2008 from 10AM-2PM at Ripley-Grier Studios (520 8th Ave, 6th Floor). The cost for the class is $165.
A major portion of the proceeds will benefit Bundy's charity, Kreative Kids Foundation, which helps young artists in need. For more information on Kreative Kids visit kreativekidsfoundation.com.
