Beginning Tuesday October 12, Broadway's new American play LOMBARDI, starring Dan Lauria and Judith Light, will be hosting the Touchdown Tuesdays Talkback Series to which all ticketholders are invited. They will take place immediately following the 7 PM performance of the 90 minute play at Circle in the Square (50th Street west of Broadway). Participants include the show's cast, creatives and special guests including the currently scheduled speakers:

October 12 - David Maraniss, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author upon whose book When Pride Still Mattered: A Life of Vince Lombardi the play is based.

October 19 - Sean Landeta and Bob Papa. Landeta is a two-time Super Bowl champion who played with both the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers during his 22 year pro-football career. Papa is the legendary radio voice of the New York Giants.

October 26 - Steve Sabol and Merril Hoge. Sabol is the president of NFL Films. Hoge is a former running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Chicago Bears, and is currently a commentator for ESPN.

November 2 - New York Times sports writer Richard Sandomir.

November 16 - Tim Layden and Kenny Albert. Layden is a senior NFL writer at Sports Illustrated and is the author of Blood, Sweat and Chalk. Albert is a play-by-play commentator at Fox Sports.

November 23 - Jeremy Schaap, Emmy Award-winning journalist and the author of the best-selling Cinderella Man: James J. Braddock, Max Baer, and the Greatest Upset in Boxing History and Triumph: The Untold Story of Jesse Owens and Hitler's Olympics.

November 30 - Phil Hanrahan, author of Life After Favre.

December 7 - Jimmy Pittaro, the president of Yahoo Sports and Entertainment and a longtime Vince Lombardi enthusiast.

Producers Tony Ponturo and Fran Kirmser will present LOMBARDI at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre. It is written by Academy Award-winning playwright Eric Simonson and directed by Tony Award nominee Thomas Kail. Joining Ponturo and Kirmser as special producing partner is the National Football League, marking the organization's first foray on Broadway. LOMBARDI, a new American play, is based on the best-selling biography When Pride Still Mattered: A Life of Vince Lombardi, by Pulitzer Prize winner David Maraniss. The cast features Keith Nobbs as Michael McCormick, Bill Dawes as Paul Hornung, Robert Christopher Riley as Dave Robinson and Chris Sullivan as Jim Taylor. Previews will begin Thursday, September 23, and it will open on Thursday, October 21, 2010.
