Broadway's Leslie Kritzer returns to Joe's Pub in her all-new extravaganza Beautiful Disaster for two performances: May 1 and 2 at 9:30pm. Tickets are $30. For tickets, visit www.joespub.com or call (212) 967-7555.

This all-new show co-written by Randy Blair (Fat Camp, Perez Hilton Saves the Universe, Spidermusical) and Kritzer features a 4-piece band led by music director/pianist Vadim Feichtner (Spelling Bee, Elegies), and the music of Madonna, Guns n Roses, Alanis Morrisette, Katy Perry, Jane's Addiction, Snoop Dogg, Tori Amos, and Stephen Sondheim.

The year is 1995, and Jersey girl Leslie Kritzer is a senior at Livingston High School. After the crushing blow of not landing the lead in her school's musical, and the dramatic events of her parents' telenovela-like divorce, Leslie abandons her good girl persona and turns from Kritzer to Hyde, unleashing her teenage Jew-rican vengeance upon the town. Drugs! Kleptomania! Pre-marital sex! Playing 30 different characters in a comic tour de force, Beautiful Disaster explores what happens when the shit hits the fan and rebellion meets reality.

Following her sensational award-winning 2006 S.R.O. debut Leslie Kritzer is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches in which The New York Times hailed her as ‘a powerful young singer' in a ‘wonderful new act," and Time Out NY proclaimed "Kritzer doesn't just shine in her talk-of-the-town new show-she explodes like a supernova." Kritzer received a Time Out New York Award for her Joe's Pub run (and also played a run at the Plush Room in San Francisco).

Kritzer's Broadway Credits include Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair (Drama Desk Nomination), Legally Blonde (Clarence Derwent Award for Most Promising Performer) and Hairspray. Off-Broadway and regional credits include NEWSical, Judas and Me, (NYMF-2009 Outstanding Individual Performance Award), Rooms: A Rock Romance (Outer Critics Circle Nomination), On The Town (Encores!), The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Drama Desk Nomination), Bat Boy, Godspell, The Memory Show, Damn Yankees, the world premiere of POP! (Yale Rep), Broadway: Three Generations (Kennedy Center), Cabaret, Born Yesterday, the world premiere of Vanities, Urinetown (National Tour), Evita, and Funny Girl. She has performed at London's Royal Albert Hall as a guest soloist honoring Tim Rice and Alan Menken and at NY's Town Hall in the Broadway Musicals of 1951. Film credits include "17 Photos of Isabel." Television credits include "Law and Order SVU" (NBC)"3 LBS" (CBS) and "Jason and Jessica" (HBO).

Randy Blair is a downtown theatre artist and creator of the musicals Fat Camp (NYMF 2009 "Best of Fest"), Perez Hilton Saves the Universe (Best Musical at the 2008 New York International Fringe Festival), and Spidermusical. As an actor, he has appeared in many projects, ranging from the OBIE winning Adding Machine (dir. David Cromer) to The Piven Monologues (dir. Alex Timbers).
