Kristin Chenoweth Withdraws from Women of Faith Concert

The following statement was released via Kristin Chenoweth's web site:

"It is with great regret that we let you all know Kristin Chenoweth will not be participating in the November Women of Faith concert in Oklahoma City. She has been asked to withdraw by the organization due to her publicized and heartfelt beliefs that God is accepting of all people on earth. Kristin's personal views and faith to this effect have not changed, despite the Women of Faith's actions.

Kristin is saddened and disappointed that she will not be able to perform for those of you who were planning on attending.

She thanks you for your love, support and patience."

The concert was to take place November 4-5 in Oklahoma City, where Women of Faith is bringing their 10th year celebration. Other special guests for the Oklahoma City conference include Sandi Patty and Chonda Pierce.
