Beth Shak, the shoe connoisseur, delivers her premiere shoe collection, the eponymous Beth Shak, designed for stylish women of the world who desire high quality fashion footwear at a reachable price. Designed by Shak and reflective of her personal style, love of accessories and all things sexy, the collection offers fashion-forward detailing, entirely made of Italian leather, at a great price point.

The Beth Shak Spring 2013 collection was inspired all the women in Beth’s life, both personally and professionally - those that she loves, cherishes, respects and looks up to. “Women are so powerful and often go through a lot in life,” states Beth Shak designer Beth Shak, “but how women simply inspire and support women day to day – that is what enabled me to create the Beth Shak collection.” It is with this admiration and love that Shak chose the symbol for the brand, a cherub-like oversized heart, which will be on the bottom of every Beth Shak shoe in her signature Mediterranean Blue. “My heart and soul is in each and every design,” Shak says with a warm smile. In addition, the heels of each shoe will be finished in the same Mediterranean Blue hue.

Beth Shak Spring 2013 is named after those women who have influenced Beth along the way like Oprah Winfrey, Sarah Jessica Parker and Angelina Jolie. “Whether it is their smarts, their incredible grace, their personal style or their selfless philanthropy; or a combination of all these attributes these women are absolute role models,” stated Shak. “It is an honor to name a shoe for them.” Additionally, one shoe from the collection will have its proceeds donated to The Palliative Care Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, an organization that Beth works closely with. From the debut collection, the “Elizabeth” (named for the grand dame of Hollywood) will initiate the program.

From kitten heels and flats to pumps and stilettos to strappy sandals and platforms and wedges, Spring 2013 delivers something distinct for every type of consumer. With hues like Violet, Red, Kiwi and Blue, and fun prints like Pink and Gray Leopard, Florals and Camo; the collection is vivid and full-of- life; like the designer. Stand-outs include Wendy (named after friend Wendy Williams), a Leopard print suede heel with crystals and Donna (inspired by Donna Summer), a sexy pump with white patent leather platform, blue patent heel and black patent base and Julia (a nod to actress Julia Roberts), a beige mock snake kitten heel sandal with pewter leather trim. “There is a style for everyone in this collection. Whether you are looking for a flat for errands with the kids, chic wedges for lunching with the girls or fabulous pumps for date night, Beth Shak has it!” exclaimed the designer on her debut line.

Important to Shak in this first collection was to provide women with the luxury difference she has come to know first-hand. “Beautiful packaging to me in synonymous with a top-tier brand,” said Shak. As such, the Beth Shak line comes packaged within a gorgeous white box, with the signature Mediterranean Blue “Beth Shak” logo on it. Completely setting the brand apart will be the inclusion of a dust bag, also in white with the Beth Shak logo, which will come with every shoe in the collection. Prices in Beth Shak range from MSRP $140 to $200.

The collector will soon debut Beth Shak Couture, a tightly edited collection of shoes that are more ornate and luxurious than the Beth Shak line, demanding a higher price point. Encrusted with Swarovski crystal detailing, Beth Shak Couture range from MSRP $550 to $1200. Additional details will follow on this collection.

Beth’s first philanthropic shoe is the Elizabeth. Proceeds will be donated to Palliative Care Program at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
