Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Sue Over Unauthorized Video of Marriage Proposal

Youtube co-founder Chad Hurely is Being sued by Kanye West and Kim Kardashian for violating a non-disclosure agreement by filming their proposal and posting it across the internet.

Per NY Daily News, Hurely is Being sued for posting a two and a half minute video of the proposal that took place on Kim's 33rd birthday on Oct 21st at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The Following day Hurely posted the clip to his new video app MixBit.

The stadium, home to the San Francisco Giants, was completely empty except for their nearest and dearest, whose presence came as a complete surprise to Kim. Some more so than others...

Per TMZ.com it is reported that the suit claims Hurely was not invited to attend the secretive event. According to Kimye Hurely managed to make his way into the stadium so he could take a video of the proposal and blast it through his app to draw attention.

What comes as so shocking is that Kimye let him stay at the event after he signed a non-disclosure agreement, which he was taken a picture of holding.

"Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else," the suit says, according to TMZ.

The video has been viewed by 1.6 million times as of Thursday night.

Though the suit is seeking unspecified damages it is worth noting that there is not an estimate on what the rights to the video proposal would cost, but the suit claims the rights were supposed to go to MC Cable Television, which is an offshoot of Bunim/Murray and E!, which produces Kim's hit t.v. show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," TMZ reported.
