The New York Yankees previously announced that Yankee Stadium would host the second annual "Bombers Boomer Broadway Softball Classic" tonight, June 14, 2012.

The second annual doubleheader includes two seven-inning games, with current Broadway stars facing off in the first game and WFAN All-Stars and TV personalities playing New York Yankees alumni in the second game.

Those scheduled to participate include singer Joe Jonas; Broadway stars Nick Jonas, Kathleen Marshall, Kelli O'Hara, Jeremy Jordan, Paul Nolan and Constantine Maroulis; former Yankees Ron Blomberg, Homer Bush, Brian Doyle, John Flaherty, Charlie Hayes, Lee Mazzilli and Mickey Rivers; WFAN morning show personalities Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton; TV star Steve Schirripa; NBC's co-host of Today's Professionals Star Jones; CNBC anchor Maria Bartiromo and Fox 5 Good Day New York hosts Greg Kelly and RosAnna Scotto.

Prior to the first game, Michael Cerveris, who is a 2012 Tony Award Nominee for his role in Broadway's Evita, will perform the national anthem before taking the field with the Broadway stars.

Members of the Broadway Show League-consisting of various Broadway stars-will form the two teams in the event's first game, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. The second game-between the WFAN All-Stars and New York Yankees alumni-will start at approximately 12:00 p.m.

A limited number of tickets are available for purchase by visiting the Boomer Esiason Foundation website (http://www.esiason.org) or through the Actors Fund (www.actorsfund.org). Proceeds from the event will benefit the Boomer Esiason Foundation Fighting Cystic Fibrosis and The Actors Fund.
