A native of Miami, Florida, of Bahamian descent who now resides Harlem USA, Keith considers himself a self-professed student of the Billie Holiday School of Music and has released two self produced CD's including "Left Alone" which featured the Danny Mixon Quartet. Mr. Dames has been paying tribute to Holiday annually with "Homage To Eleanora: A Musical Journey Through The Billie Holiday Songbook" performance featuring her compositions and has appeared at NYC-metro area venues including: Stage 72 (The Triad), The Metropolitan Room, Symphony Space Bar Thalia (Singers Space Feature Spot) and the Apollo Theater.
