Breaking News: Kathleen Turner Will Now Direct WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF...Off-Broadway; Deborah Cox Departs

22Q Entertainment, has announced that Academy Award Nominee & Golden Globe Winner Kathleen Turner will be stepping in as director of the world premiere Off Broadway production WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF... a love story that tackles the issue of gender identity. The production will also shift gears as Grammy Nominated Singer Deborah Cox has had to step down from her role due to increasing conflicts with the play's October performance schedule. Roya Shanks will take over the role for Ms. Cox and previews will begin on Saturday, September 26th at New World Stages. The official opening is set for Saturday, October 10th.

WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF... is the story of Danya and Addison, caring intelligent young women with a promising future and a baby on the way, but there's a lifelong secret that threatens to destroy all they hold dear - prompting the profound question...why do we love who we love?

The cast of WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF... features Rebecca Brooksher, Sofia Jean Gomez, Roya Shanks and Kathleen Turner.

Designing the production will be Brian Prather (Scenic Design), Tristan Raines (Costume Design), Zach Blane (Lighting Design), Jeremy Oleksa (Sound Design), Leah J. Louka (Hair Design) & David Friedman (Original Music). Kelly Genovese and Carolyn Reich will Stage Manage. Jeff and Liz Passero are the casting directors (Passero Casting). 22Q Entertainment will Executive Produce and General Manage.

Performances of WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF... are on Saturdays at 8PM and Sundays at 7:30PM and Mondays at 8PM.
