Karina Smirnoff to Emcee BEYOND THE BALLET at the Beacon Theatre, 5/8

For one night only, ballet dancers from around the world will gather at the famous Beacon Theatre to take part in Beyond the Ballet. The performance will showcase some of the biggest names in dance and classical music with proceeds benefitting educational programs.

The event will be emceed by Dancing with the Stars veteran Karina Smirnoff with dance partner, Jacoby Jones, in attendance as well. Dionne Warwick will perform her classic rendition of "That's What Friends Are For" to close the show. Other celebrities attending are Ralph Macchio, Wilmer Valderrama and Kesha Nichols.

Beyond the Ballet is presented by Bright Future International (BFI), a global nonprofit that supports education-based programs in communities around the world.

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 8 at 7:30pm at The Beacon Theatre, 2124 Broadway New York, NY.
