Justin Sayre Celebrates New Comedy CD THE GAY AGENDA at UnCabaret in L.A.

The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - the monthly gathering of the International Order of Sodomites, the centuries-old organization which sets the mythic Gay Agenda - will celebrate Sayre's debut comed album "The Gay Agenda" with a special night at UNCABARET at Au Lac (710 West First Street, LA 90012) on Sunday, December 4 at 8:00 PM.

The event will feature Beth Lapides (UnCabaret founder) and special guests Alec Mapa ("Baby Daddy" on Showtime), Erin Foley ("Big Gay Sketch Show" on Logo TV) and Julie Goldman ("Comedy Central Presents"), with musical director Mitch Kaplan (Sandra Bernhard, Ana Gasteyer) and Denise Fraser ("Conan," "The Tonight Show") on drums.

The Meeting* is the acclaimed comedy/variety show known for its audacious humor, trailblazing political discourse and button-pushing cultural exploration. Justin Sayre, who has been described by Michael Musto in The Village Voice as "Oscar Wilde meets Whoopi Goldberg," was recently hailed as one the "Funniest People in Brooklyn" by Brooklyn Magazine and among "LA's 16 Most Talented LGBT Comics" by Frontiers Magazine. BETH LAPIDES is a comedian, writer, producer, host, actress, author, activist and consultant. She's often recognized from her captivating appearance as Performance Artist on "Sex and the City", a role for which she prepared by actually beginning her career as an NEA award winning, internationally touring, downtown NY, performance artist. Additionally, Erin has starred in many national commercial campaigns, a guest star appearance in NBC's "Go On," the acclaimed Tribeca Film Fest short Cried Suicide, and even a supporting role in Almost Famous. Erin has branded a unique position for herself in the industry as not only a gifted stand-up but a talented actress. Julie Goldman is an American comedian, actress, and musician who starred on "The Big Gay Sketch Show" on Logo TV. Her first stand-up performance was at The Comedy Connection in Boston, Massachusetts, at the age of 15. She founded an all-women's stand-up and variety show called "Offensive Women." Julie Goldman and Brandy Howard co-host "Julie & Brandy in Your Box Office," a webseries on lesbian website Autostraddle, in which they provide reviews and re-enactments of movies. Goldman and Howard wrote for Joan Rivers on "Fashion Police" on E! and appear on "The People's Couch" on Bravo TV. Goldman appeared as a contestant on the second season of "RuPaul's Drag U" and is a cast member of the weekly podcast "Gay Pimpin' with Jonny McGovern."

Alec Mapa was called "smart, hilarious and funny" by Ellen Degeneres. Variety has said, "Alec Mapa is a freak. No one should be this talented." With uproarious live performances and groundbreaking television roles, actor and comedian Alec Mapa has entertained audiences worldwide in every imaginable medium. Alec's latest comedy special "Alec Mapa: Baby Daddy" premiered on Showtime June 12, 2015. TV audiences currently enjoy Alec in his recurring roles on ABC Family's "Switched At Birth" and Lifetime's "Devious Maids." Audiences first discovered Alec on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning production of M. Butterfly.
