Jump for Joy Productions presents Adam Bock's comedy The Drunken City at The WorkShop Theater (312 West 36th Street, between 8th and 9th Ave., Subway: A/C/E or 1/2/3 to 34th St.) November 30th through December 16th. Misti B. Wills (In Search of Euphoria, New World Stages) will direct.
The Drunken City follows three best friends out on the town for a bachelorette party, and the ways in which all those pink drinks reveal the truth of their desires and the reality of their relationships. When the bride-to-be questions her upcoming wedding, it ripples through her friendships and creates a tectonic shift that they may not all recover from.
The Drunken City stars Nicholas Cocchetto; Tyrone Davis, Jr.; Samantha Payne Garland; David Marshall; Jen Ponton and Kelly Strandemo. The production team includes Maxwell Bowman (lighting design) and Howard Fredrics (sound design).
Performances of The Drunken City run November 30 through December 16, Thursday through Saturday at 8:00 pm and Sunday at 2:00 pm at The WorkShop Theater (312 West 36th St., between 8th and 9th Ave; Subway: A/C/E or 1/2/3 to 34th St.).
