Judd Hirsch to Star in TALLEY'S FOLLY Benefit for HB Studio

HB Studio, one of New York's most venerable institutions for theatre training and practice, will present Lanford Wilson's award winning play Talley's Folly, in four benefit performances, March 5 - 8. Judd Hirsch, who won an Obie Award in the 1979 production, will reprise his role.

Set in an old boathouse near rural Lebanon, Missouri in 1944, Talley's Folly is a romantic comedy following the characters Matt Friedman and Sally Talley as they once and for all settle their feelings for each other. Wilson received the 1980 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for the work.

Starring Judd Hirsch as Matt Friedman and Kathryn Danielle as Sally Talley. The creative team includes Giovanni Villari (Set Design), Alexander Bartenieff (Lighting Design), Chuck London (Sound Design) and Catherine Siracusa (Costume Design).

Performances: March 5, 6, 7 & 8 at 8pm.

Location: The historic HB Playwrights Theatre (124 Bank Street in Greenwich Village, NYC).
