For the remainder of July, Ars Nova will offer numerous concerts and events--including a few of a theatrical nature.

Happy House will be performed on Tuesday, July 18th and Wednesday, July 19th at 8 PM.  "In this outrageously fun physical comedy, three out-of-work clownsfacing eviction book a gig to perform their world famous boy band act at the Hollywood Palladium.  But there might be a little problem. They have no way to get to Hollywood and no boy band act!"

The Wau Wau Sisters will take the stage on Thursday, July 21st at 9 PM.  "In a fantastic fusion of acrobatics, burlesque, comedy and audacious costuming, these lascivious siblings seduce audiences with their deliciously defiant mix of hell-raising humor, scintillating circus routines, and music ranging from country to rock to rap.  With gin-soaked smiles and a modern vaudeville style, this mischievous duo will captivate you with their unique brand of sexy charm."

Bare star Natalie Joy Johnson, with Our Lady J and the Pink Champagne Orchesta, will treat audiences to her show on Friday, July 22nd at 8 PM and July 31st at 8 PM.  "In an unforgettable collection of pop, rock, R&B, musical theater and even some country, phenomenal up-and-coming music sensation Natalie Joy Johnson, along with the Pink Champagne Orchestra and the beautiful Bubblies, will awe you with her unparalleled voice and intoxicating charm.  Featuring music ranging from Reba McEntire and Van Morrison to Jerry Herman and the original songs from musical director Our Lady J, the evening will leave you absolutely speechless."  Ben Rimalower directs the show.

Matt Sigl will perform his show "Unstuck in Time" on Sunday, July 23rd at 7 PM.  "In his uproarious lament about the tragedy of being born in the wrong era, rising star Matt Sigl, winner of the 2006 MAC Award for Best Male Debut, hilariously bemoans his own hard luck at coming into the world too late to witness the comedy of legends like Paul Lynde, Dick Van Dyke, or Robert Morse or to experience the one and only Judy Garland live at Carnegie Hall. Bursting onto the stage with a megadose of verve and a mischievous twinkle in his eye, Sigl mixes some of the classic songs of Coward, Gershwin and Berlin with his own special brand of humor and a taste for the outrageous." The show will be directed by Ryan Davis, with musical direction by Ray Fellman.

Ars Nova is located at 511 West 54th Street.  All of the above performances are $15.  Visit www.arsnovanyc.com for more information and tickets.
