Johnson, Rodriguez & More Set for Joe's Big Gay Luau, 6/24

On Saturday, June 24th, the eve of the city's Gay Pride March, a celebration of music and comedy will be held at Joe's Pub.

"Joe's Big Gay Luau" will feature numerous musical theatre, nightclub cabaret talents, including Dare 2B Dif'rnt, Taborah, Nancy Yvonne, Scott Nevins, Judy Gold (25 Questions for a Jewish Mother), Ritter Hans, Alysha Umphress, Marisela, Georgie Porgie, NIA, Jai Rodriguez (Zanna Don't, "Queer Eye"), Michael Longoria (Jersey Boys). The evening will be hosted by Natalie Joy Johnson (Bare), and musically directed by Jonah Speidel. Fun, games and prizes are in store with prizes sponsored by Michael Lucas - Lucas Entertainment, Sh-K-Boom Records, and Media Sponsor TheMenEvent.com.

Presented by Jamie McGonnigal, a portion of the proceeds will benefit The Joey DiPaolo AIDS Foundation and Camp TLC, a summer camp for teens living with HIV and AIDS. Visit www.jdaf.org for more information.
