John Lithgow to Appear at Books of Wonder, 3/29

Fans of four-time Emmy Award winner and Oscar nominated, actor/singer/songwriter and children's book author John Lithgow will be able to meet the star as he presents his latest children's book, Mahalia Mouse Goes to College.

The event will take place Thursday, March 29th from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Books of Wonder (18 West 18th Street).

Lithgow starred in TV's "3rd Rock From the Sun" and in films The World According to Garp, Terms of Endearment and Shrek (as the voice of Lord Farquaad). Lithgow has won Tonys for The Changing Room and Sweet Smell of Success.  He most recently appeared on Broadway in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and originated the role of Gallimard in M. Butterfly.

Lithgow will present his new book, greet his fans, and then sign copies of his novel.
