As first reported on Deadline, John Larroquette has joined NBC's midseason drama series INFAMOUS in a recurring role. The five-time Emmy winner joins previously announced cast members Victor Garber and Meagan Good.
INFAMOUS is an "opulent soap" which follows a female detective who returns undercover to the wealthy and troubled Lawson family she grew up in as the maid’s daughter in order to figure out who murdered a notorious heiress who was once her closest friend. Larroquette will portray Senator Dwight Haverstock, described as "a powerful politician who has a dark history with the Bowers family. The estranged best friend of Robert Bowers (Garber), Haverstock is an unpredictable man with extreme appetites and big secrets."
Larroquette made his Broadway debut in the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying. The actor picked up a Tony Award for his featured role as J.B. Biggley. He recently appeared in Gore Vidal's The Best Man on Broadway and is best known for his role on the long running NBC comedy "Night Court."
