Joey McIntyre Expecting Third Child

Joey McIntyre and his wife, Barrett, are expecting a baby in May. The child will be their third, joining Griffin Thomas, 3, and Rhys Edward, 1.

McIntyre appeared in Tick, Tick...BOOM! in 2000, and later appeared on Broadway in the smash hit Wicked in 2005. He also starred in the 1995 film version of The Fantasticks with Joel Grey and Jean Louisa Kelly.

"Barrett and I are so blessed and grateful for the little one on the way," McIntyre tells PEOPLE. "We'll have our hands full. Three's the new nine!"
