Joel B. New Launches MURDER, SHE WROTE Album Crowdfunding Campaign

Award-winning musical theatre writing Joel B. New is combining his loves of songwriting, performing, and Jessica Fletcher to create something unique, weird, unexpected, and very him: an EP of songs inspired by "Murder, She Wrote".

Joel has been releasing live performances of the "Cabot Cove" songs every few weeks on his "Something New" podcast and on YouTube. The bizarre song titles come from book titles penned by Angela Lansbury's beloved character in the series, such as "The Corpse Danced At Midnight," "Murder In A Minor Key," and "Dirge For A Dead Dachschund."

The Kickstarter campaign runs thru April 6th.
Joel B. New is the recipient of an American Theatre Wing Jonathan Larson Grant for his music and lyrics.
