Starting on Tuesday, Rooftop is hosting a free screening of
The Genius of Marian, featuring a Q&A with the directors in Midtown East. The organization is teaming up with BAMcinemaFest again for
Drinking Buddies on Thursday, June 27 in Brooklyn featuring a Q&A with Joe Swanberg.
IFC Films presents a special sneak preview of the film
Crystal Fairy, starring Michael Cera and Gaby Hoffman, next Friday at Open Road Rooftop in the Lower East Side. There will be a Q&A with Gaby Hoffman and director Sebastián Silva following that screening. In Rooftop's last Kickstarter campaign, they promised to add an extra show at Open Road. That added show will be Saturday, June 29 with short films dedicated to America, with some filmmakers in attendance.
