Jesse L. Martin Sings In New Video For Kickstarter Musical Film THE LETTER CARRIER

Jesse L. Martin sings for his Kickstarter!

Recognizable RENT original cast member, stage and screen star Jesse L. Martin croons a special tune in support of director Joss Whedon who has made a considerable donation to Martin's new film Kickstarter for the project THE LETTER CARRIER and a video of the performance is now available to view.

In the clip, Martin is joined by co-creators Rick Cosnett and Carlos Valdes who perform a gospel version of Whedon's own FIREFLY theme song "Ballad Of Serenity".

The official description of THE LETTER CARRIER Kickstarter is as follows: "We are fundraising the budget for our 10 minute short film to be shot on location in the mountains of British Columbia- late April 2015. The Funds raised will go directly to production costs. Screenplay and Original Songs by: Jesse L. Martin. Composed and Arranged by: Carlos Valdes, Jesse L. Martin. Directors: Rick Cosnett, Jesse L.
