Showbiz411 has the scoop on the secret project Jerry Seinfeld referred to as "big, huge, gigantic" during his recent "Ask Me Anything" on Reddit. He and Seinfeld co-creator Larry David are collaborating on a Broadway play.
"I've written a play," David told the site's Roger Friedman. A play in which Seinfeld would likely star in, direct or produce.
No word yet on the subject matter or timeline, but Friedman wrote that the project seemed to be No. 1 on David's list.
Seinfeld directed and produced Colin Quinn's one-man show LONG STORY SHORT on Broadway in 2010 and starred in Jerry Seinfeld: LIVE ON BROADWAY in 1998.
The comedian recently created the web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, as well as the TV series The Marriage Ref. He is best known for starring in the cult TV show Seinfeld and has also appeared in Curb Your Enthusiasm and more.
Aside from Seinfeld, which he created and in which he occasionally starred, David has written for Curb Your Enthusiasm, Saturday Night Live and more.
