Feinstein's/54 Below, comedian Jamie Pierce hosts Theatrical Hysterics, an evening of stand-up comedy at Feinstein's/54 Below on March 9th at 9:45pm, featuring very special guests Jim David, Rick Crom and Kevin Meaney.
This unique evening will bring together three of Broadway's favorite headlining comics...all with a flair for the dramatic. Join in for a night of hilarity as Jamie welcomes Jim David (Best Little Whorehouse Goes Public, "South Pathetic," MAC Award Winner: Outstanding Comedian), Rick Crom (Urinetown, NEWSical, FX's "Louie") and Kevin Meaney (Hairspray, "Saturday Night Live," "The Tonight Show"). Allow these first-class comedic legends to metaphorically touch you inappropriately by tickling your funny bone all night long!
"This evening of comedy will truly be one-of-a-kind," said host Jamie Pierce. "All three of these gentlemen are headliners, all three are comedy legends and most importantly, considering the venue, all three have Broadway credits!"
Another unique feature of the evening is the all-gay line up. Explained Jamie, "I wanted to showcase gay male comedians because I believe it's an underrepresented demographic on the mainstream comedy landscape." No question that with the performers involved, this comedy show will have a real theatrical sensibility. Hence the name!
