Jackie Hoffman to appear at Joe's Pub — 'THE KVETCHING CONTINUES'

Jackie Hoffman will be appearing at Joe's Pub with an ALL NEW show entitled THE KVETCHING CONTINUES January 19, 26, Feb. 2 and 9th, Mondays at 7:30PM.

Jackie Hoffman is currently performing in the Broadway smash, HAIRSPRAY. In addition, she has been seen on the big screen in Legally Blonde II, Kissing Jessica Stein, Large's Ark, Mo' Money, Freaky Friday. On TV, "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Strangers with Candy," "TV Funhouse," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Dilbert," "PB&J Otter," "Soulman," "Cosby." Hoffman has also been seen on the stage in Book of Liz (Obie Award winner, Best Actress), Straightjacket, Incident at Cobbler's Knob (Lincoln Center), One Woman Shoe, Second City (Jeff Award, Best Actress), numerous solo shows.

In honor of International Women’s Day, BroadwayWorld, in association with Pass the Salt Productions is thrilled to present the short musical film, ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE. Executive producer and co-creator Sarah Bierstock joined forces with director and co-creator Desiree Abeyta to showcase an all-star Broadway cast featuring J. Max Baker (One Christmas Carol), Charl Brown (Tammy Faye), Kristy Cates (Wicked), Paige Davis (Chicago), Kim Berrios Lin (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin), Miranda Plant Byers (Love, Medea), Christiane Noll (Dear Evan Hansen), Zal Owen (Harmony), Andrew O’Shanick (Harmony), Shina Ann Morris (Spamalot), Patrick Page (Hadestown). The film is rounded out by an all-female powerhouse producing team of Miranda Plant Byers, Jennifer Diamond, Jennifer Piech Pasbjerg, and Danielle Lemberg (Seward and Kissel, LLP).

NEA Suspends 'Gender Ideology' Pledge for Artists; Funding Ban Remains Amid ACLU Lawsuit

The National Endowment for the Arts has agreed to remove a certification requirement that forced artists to attest that they will not “promote gender ideology” in order to apply for funding while the outcome of the case from the American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Rhode Island is pending.
