Isramerica has recently announced a number of upcoming events including a screen of the film REVERIE on June 2.
Isramerica is beyong ecstatic for the return of Yael Gonen and Chris Dawson to New York after a stint at The Cannes Film Festival. There will be a screening of the film REVERIE, as a part of The NewfilmmakersofNY Film Festival.
Directed/Written by Chris Dawson and Produced by Yael Gonen, REVERIE has been an official selection of Festival De Cannes - Short Film Corner, Seattle True independent Film Festival, Bare Bones International Film Festival and more. The film has also won numerous awards such as, Best Actor, Best Short, Best Editing, Best Sound Design and more. Please join us in this 35min journey of a psychological thriller that will stimulate your mind.
Tickets go on sale the day of the screening ($5) from 5:30pm, or you can buy your ticket at the box office.
One of the most influential performers in the Israeli cultural scene, Danny Sanderson is both a legendary and contemporary pop icon. He will be performing at Isramerica on June 4. He is a founding member of the amazing band Kaveret/Poogy, dubbed "the Beatles of Israel" and a top concert ticket-seller for over 25 years and through five reunions. Danny Sanderson also formed the groups Gazoz and Doda, both of which are considered among the cornerstones of Israeli rock music.
Sanderson will be performing with his band: Danny Sanderson - Lead Vocal and electric guitar, Tamar Eisenman - Vocal and Electric Guitar, Kfir Ben Laish - Vocals and Acoustic Guitar, Yotam Ben Horin - Bass and Vocals, Shaul Eshet - Keboards, Ravit Harel - Vocals, Shai Wetzer - Drums.
