InventHelp Inventors Develop Puppy-Training Aid

Training a puppy can be a difficult and time-consuming process. In order to lend a helping hand, two inventors from Palm Harbor, Fla., created a prototype for the Bad Puppy.

The accessory puts a stop to bad behaviors (barking, chewing, peeing inside, etc.). The unit offers a better way to train a puppy how to act properly. The device provides added peace of mind to pet owners. Additionally, the design makes it easy to use, even by children, and it is usable by pet owners, kennels and breeders.

The inventors' personal experience inspired their idea. "We had problems with our puppy barking at guests entering our home and business," said one inventor. "To put a stop to this bad behavior, we came up with this training accessory that teaches our puppy not to bark."

The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
