A host of top cabaret performers will raise money for Tsunami victims in Sri Lanka when they perform in In Good Company on July 10th at 8 PM at the Ford Amphitheatre in Los Angeles.

Lending their voices to the event are Stephen Schwartz, Ann Hampton Calloway, Franc D'Ambrosio, Nita Whitaker, Susan Werner, Jon Philip Alman, David Burnham, Brian Lane Green, MaryJo Mundy, Joanne O'Brien, Johnny Rogers, and Stacy Sullivan, and Lee Lessack, whose upcoming CD of duets, In Good Company, is the basis for the concert. In Good Company, co-produced by LA theatre presenter Rob O'Neil, could help build some 100 houses for displaced families under the auspices of the non-profit agency, Operation USA, which is the 25 year-old international relief organization known for supplying emergency medical supplies and housing to victims of natural disasters.

The In Good Company CD, poised for release on July 12, features veteran crooner Lessack, dueting with 17 cabaret stars, from Maureen McGovern to Michael Feinstein and Grammy® award winner Stephen Schwartz, composer-lyricist of Godspell, Pippin and Wicked. Other cabaret favorites on the CD include Nita Whitaker, Susan Egan, Jon Philip Alman, Mary Jo Mundy, Johnny Rodgers, Joanne O'Brien, Susan Werner, David Burnham, Amanda Mc Broom, Ken Page and Stacy Sullivan. Lessack's 10 year-old record banner for independent artists, LML Music, will release the title.

To help perpetuate the appeal of cabaret and nurture new talent, Lessack founded LML Music in Los Angeles a decade ago. To date, LML has launched some 100 recordings by 70 independent artists, including Franc D'Ambrosio (The Phantom of the Opera), Tony Award® nominee, Brian Lane Green (Big River), Ken Page (Ain't Misbehavin', Guys and Dolls) and Tony Award® nominee Louise Pitre (Mamma Mia!).
