Immersive Horror Experience THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING Creeps Into NYC This Fall

The veil between worlds has been lifted. Welcome to Purgatory, hell on earth. This Halloween Season 4th Dimension Theatricals, is bringing New York State's largest, longest, and only full contact haunted house, to New York City. THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING, will bring the fright to select nights from September 30th through November 6th at the Historic Graham Court, 151 W 116th Street, NY, NY on the northwest corner of 116th street and 7th Avenue.

THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING is located in and utilizes the cellar level of the turn-of-the century Graham Court building, which once served as stables for the Manhattan elite. Now one-hundred and fifteen years later, nothing has changed on the lower level of the building. Thus this well preserved historic building serves as the host of the most realistic horror detail imaginable. THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING is a 25,000 square foot, 30-heart pounding minute experience; combining immersive theatrical storytelling, epic scenic design and scream inducing state-of -the-art special effects.

The audience is invited to embark on a self-guided exploration of the twisted and cracked halls of purgatory, featuring a cast of 45 terrifying actors, stunt performers, and aerial artists who portray the dead that are waiting, craving life, and they will do anything to get it back.

THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING is a combination of groundbreaking 4-D Theatre housed in a true haunted house environment which produces the most Immersive Horror experience every created. You will hear, see, smell, and feel the fear. Yes, you will sign a waiver. Yes, you will be touched. In Purgatory, you will face your greatest fears.

Created by veteran producer and haunt designer, Dalton M. Dale, this marks his largest production to date. Dale is renowned for designing every commercial haunted attraction in NYC, as well as eight of the industry's top across the country.

Feeling extra brave? Upgrade your ticket to the Ultra VIP Experience which will include an additional solo horror experience lasting upwards of 30 more minutes of fear. You will be given a skeleton key which will unlock a hidden realm of purgatory, where you and you alone can venture within. Each door contains a different, incredibly personalized horror experience, and only you decide when to be let out. Can you Survive? Yet for those who are fearful, the No-Touch Chicken ticket prevents the full contact terror.

Dalton M. Dale founded Big Dreamer Productions in 2000 as a full service Production Company specializing in bringing your wildest nightmares to life. Known for producing fantastically macabre theatrical productions, THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING joins Dale's growing roster of immersive horror productions. Currently Big Dreamer Productions is presenting nine immersive theatrical productions throughout the country (five in NYC and four Regionally). Dalton M. Dale has designed for every "haunted" theatrical experience in New York City. In 2012, Dalton M. Dale became the youngest off-Broadway producer in history. Over the years Dale has been the inspirational designer behind NYC's Blood Manor, The Jekyll & Hyde Club, Times Scare and Nightmare New York. During the last decade, Dale's work has been featured in multiple Broadway National Tours, Off-Broadway Productions, National TeleVision Productions and Regional Theaters. He is currently developing projects set to open in Los Angeles, London and of course, more in NYC.

In 2016 he partnered with Michele Ware to found 4th Dimension Theatricals, LLC as the producing entity for The Uninvited franchise.

Michele Ware is the President of Hoodwinked Escape, LLC, Harlem's premiere escape the room adventure, www.HoodwinkedEscape.com. She is thrilled to be involved as a Co-Producer in the creation and management of this new immersive theatrical production which is pushing the boundaries of live theatrical entertainment. Prior to her creating Hoodwinked Escape, LLC, Ware was the Head of Accounting for the World Economic Forum USA, Inc. Over the years, Michele Ware has held financial management positions at renowned institutions such as Ernst & Young, LLP, Bowne of New York and KPMG, LLP, specializing in the entertainment, advertising and not for profit industries. Michele Ware holds a BA and MS from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State. She currently sits on the boards of several businesses and non-profit organizations. With 4th Dimension Theatricals, Ware is coproducing and developing several more immersive theatrical experiences coming to major metropolitan areas in the coming seasons.
