Drew Hodges, CEO of SpotCo, the NYC-based entertainment and arts advertising agency, has announced a new management structure for the company that will take effect July 1, 2013.

Ilene Rosen, currently an Associate COO, will be appointed President of the company, taking over the role of current COO, Jim Edwards, who will be retiring from SpotCo and leaving New York City to pursue other interests at the end of June, 2013. Ms. Rosen will share the responsibilities of running the New York office with CFO Brian Berk and CEO Drew Hodges.
Tom Greenwald, currently Executive Creative Director, will assume the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer.

Nick Pramik, who is currently running the Marketing and Partnerships division will be promoted to Senior VP of Strategy. Kristen Rathbun will take over the role of Director of Marketing and Partnerships.

Sheila Collins will be joining SpotCo to head the company’s digital division following six years at American Express where she was the Senior Manager, Digital Commerce & Innovation in the Consumer Card Business.

Account Director Stephen Sosnowski will become Director of Account Services.

On the announcement Drew Hodges said, " As one of the original founders of SpotCo, Jim Edwards is responsible for countless industry innovations and selling millions of tickets. His friendship, integrity and humor will be sorely missed. Jim, Brian, Ilene and myself have been planning these transitions for some time. We are excited by the opportunity for SpotCo to offer new leadership at a time of great change and challenge. I am personally thrilled that we have a strong integrated team who can drive the next step forward in enthusiasm and innovation for our clients. The entertainment and live sectors thrive on new ideas, and we take great pleasure in continuing to be the agency to bring those ideas forward.”

Formed in 1996, SpotCo’s now-iconic designs for Rent and Chicago set a stylish new standard in Broadway advertising. Since then, SpotCo has steadily grown and diversified its client base. Today SpotCo represents a global portfolio of clients in a wide range of entertainment sectors: Broadway, live entertainment and tourism, cultural institutions, film studios and broadcast/cable TV networks.

In the past five years, SpotCo has added Interactive, Marketing & Partnerships and Ticketing Reporting & Analysis to its ever-expanding list of services.
