Idina Menzel Tweets First Look at Radio City Music Hall Show on Marquee

As BWW reported last week, Tony-nominated star of Broadway's If/Then, Idina Menzel will be appearing in concert at Radio City Music Hall on June 16.

The star shared her excitement over the upcoming concert on Twitter, posting a photo of her name displayed on the marquee of the iconic New York City Concert Hall which she calls, 'Too Cool', along with the caption: "Getting ready for #Metball2014 would have a little wine but don't want to trip up those damn stairs!"

Menzel (Wicked, Rent, Aida) is currently starring in If/Then, a new musical on Broadway that explores the effects chance and choice take on one woman's life. It was announced Tuesday that the actress has been nominated for a 2014 Tony Award for Lead Actress in a Musical for her performance in If/Then.

Menzel won the 2004 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for WICKED and was also nominated for RENT in 1996. She just starred in Disney's mega-successful animated film FROZEN.
