Broadway superstar and internationally recognized vocal talent Idina Menzel appeared on long-running NBC morning show TODAY last week to perform two songs from her brand new Broadway musical IF/THEN as well as address the multiple pop culture moments she has experienced in the last few months - many FROZEN-related - as part of an interview, as well, and a new behind the scenes video is now available to view.
Menzel commented on the international mega-success of Disney's newest animated movie musical FROZEN in which she voices the lead role of Elsa, as well as touched upon the unprecedented hit status of breakout song "Let It Go", during the chat.
Additionally, Menzel recounted the recent controversy surrounding John Travolta's mispronunciation of her name at The Academy Awards earlier this year when presenting prior to her live performance of the Disney tune, which would go on to win Best Song at the ceremony.
Menzel took to social media to share backstage shots of the preparation that went into today's TODAY performance, including a look at the sound check and a particularly FROZEN-friendly audience member just outside the studios, as well as shared this video, as well.
Menzel writes, "This made my morning!" in reply to a fan flaunting a sign reading, "I wouldn't have come for anyone Elsa".
