Idina Menzel, Anthony Rapp & IF/THEN Cast At Sitzprobe

New photos of the incredibly accomplished cast and creative team for the new musical IF/THEN have leaked, showcasing star Idina Menzel as well as Anthony Rapp, LaChanze and other members of the company and creative team of the new musical are now available to view.

In celebration of the sitzprobe - that is, the first time cast and orchestra perform together - the cast and crew posed for some shots and a few performance captures of the actors in action have appeared, as well.

The official synopsis for If/Then is as follows: "On the verge of turning 40, Elizabeth moves back to New York City, the ultimate city of possibility, intent on a fresh start - new home, new friends, and hopes for a resurgent career. But even in her carefully planned new life, the smallest decision or most random occurrence will impact her world in ways she never dreamt possible. Set against the ever-shifting landscape of modern day Manhattan, If/Then is a romantic and original new musical about how choice and chance collide and how we learn to love the fallout."

IF/THEN begins performances at The National Theatre in Washington, D.C. on November 5, 2013 and the official opening is set for November 24, 2013. The production will then begin previews on Broadway on March 5, 2014 and will officially open on March 27, 2014.
