Next week, the chaos continues with "The Chaos Twins" with Sasha Hutchings and Nik Walker. What's it all about? "In a world of extremes, where the divides are deep and the struggles are real, sometimes, the only way back to the calm... is Chaos," say Sasha and Nik.
"Enter The Chaos Twins. Join us, two Broadway artists/goofballs, as we break through the noise and break down current events, with our unique brand of humor and insight. A talk show filled with special guests, non-sequiturs, stories, trivia and more, all aimed to help us find our true north again... by any means necessary."
Tune in next Wednesday, July 15 (and every other Wednesday at 4pm EDT) to watch the next episode right here at BroadwayWorld or on Facebook Live. And while you wait, catch up with last week's guest- the incomparable Lin-Manuel Miranda as he raises a glass to the release of the musical on Disney+!
"I think that a lot of the language of revolution [in the show] hits differently now because black and brown kids are leading these protests. They're the ones who are yelling, 'Rise up!' And we're listening! It's this moment where, as a country, young people are out there dispensing hand sanitizer at the protests, wearing masks... it's really inspiring," said Lin. "To not connect this moment to that one is a real shame."
watch as the trio comes together to reflect on the importance and relevance of Hamilton's message today, share some of their favorite (and hilarious) Hamilton memories, and talk about the impact the musical has had on a new generation of theatre-goers.
