Hunter, Zaks and More Take Part in 'Selected Shorts,' 6/7

On Wednesday, June 7, at 6:30 PM, "Amazing Stories with Surprise Endings" will feature appearances by Oscar-winner Holly Hunter and more. The evening will take place at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre (2537 Broadway at 95th Street).

"The 'Selected Shorts' season concludes with some rollicking tales with real kickers, by T.C. Coraghessan Boyle, and Jonathan Safran Foer. Read by Holly Hunter (Oscar-winner for The Piano, on Broadway in Crimes of the Heart), Isaiah Sheffer, and Tony Award-winner Jerry Zaks (The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, La Cage aux Folles). The evening will also feature the winning entry of the Short Story Contest 2006," state press notes.
