The Rewind Show is a vision we have had for as long as we have been in the business of night clubs and event planning. We are tired of the same concept that every night-club in NYC has been stuck with over the years and think that it's time to change the way to party! As we all know nothing can compare to a live performance and therefore we have created the Rewind Show! We want to bring an experience like no other by combining the live music of the 80's Rock & Roll era along with the best DJ's spinning the present hits. Every Saturday night, the Highline Ballroom will operate as a high-end night club to let people experience the Rewind Show.

Doors at 6:00pm, Show at 8:00pm
$35 adv, $40 at door, $50 for VIP (reserved front row table seat)
As half of the legendary R&B duo Sam & Dave,
Sam Moore was one of the great voices of the soul music era, but it wasn't until 2006 that his solo career began earning the attention it deserved.
Jerry Wexler signed them to Atlantic Records in 1965, and sent them to Memphis to work with the Stax Records production crew. At Stax, Sam & Dave scored a long string of hits, including "Soul Man," "Hold on, I'm Coming," and "I Thank You." In 1992, Moore was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for his work with Sam & Dave. In 2006,
Sam Moore released "Overnight Sensational." The album was produced by
Randy Jackson and included guest appearances from
Bruce Springsteen,
Steve Winwood,
Jon Bon Jovi, Sting, Paul Rodgers,

David Ryan HARRIS
Doors at 6:00pm, Show at 8:00pm

Armed with a voice that falls somewhere between
Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway, songwriting that combines beautiful haunting melodies with sharp storytelling and guitar playing that is blues influenced and rock sharpened, David has been searching for the truth in music. And it is that combination of tremendous talent and devotion to the truth that immediately connects him to an audience. He invites us to join in and become part of the journey and as we accept the invitation we realize his songs are our songs too. His quest is ours also. It is a shared life and he chronicles it through song.

ANDY MCKEE - Solo Fingerstyle Acoustic Guitar YouTube Phenom
Special Guest Opener: Johnny Dickinson
Doors at 6:00pm, Show at 8:00pm
$18 adv, $22 at door
Andy McKee is one of the world's finest acoustic soloists. After receiving over 20 million views collectively for his Youtube videos which were posted by the independent record label "Candyrat", Andy's success is a testament to the changing nature of the music industry as well as people's desire for something new and interesting to listen to. At one point, Andy held the #1, #2 and #3 positions for Top-Rated Videos of All Time on the hugely popular website. His videos are still among the highest rated on YouTube. Consequently, Andy has performed to sold out shows in all over the world. After starting with an interest in electric guitar, Andy turned to the acoustic guitar at the age of 16 and began enjoying and studying the music of
Michael Hedges,
Don Ross, Billy McLaughlin and Preston Reed. To this day he still sites these four musicians as his primary influences in acoustic music. At the same time, Andy draws inspiration from various other musicians and groups such as; Earth Wind and Fire, The Yellowjackets, Bjork, Imogen Heap, Pantera,
Eric Johnson, Peter Gabriel, Dream Theater,
Bruce Hornsby, and many others. While there are countless amazing guitar players in the world, it is Andy's attention to song structure and melodic content that elevates him above the typical guitarist. It can be observed that Andy likes to try different things with the guitar such as; altered tunings, partial capos, percussive hits, and tapping. But in the hands of Andy these are not mere parlor tricks, they are compositional tools used to create some of the finest crafted music for the steel string acoustic guitar.

THE NORTH MISSISSIPPI ALLSTARS
With: City Champs
Doors at 7:00pm, Show at 9:00pm
$24
"Hernando" is a perfect representation of where North Mississippi Allstars are now. It's the sound of a world-class rock trio stripped to its bare essentials -- each musician focused on his own personal-best performance yet intrinsically aware of the other players and the song -- a communication only found between lifelong friends who have played and toured together for 11 years. "Hernando" is maximum-energy blues rock; it is THE North Mississippi Allstars' original blues rock record. It's a culmination of all their experiences up to this point. It's finally a band that is as confident in the studio as it is on the stage. Look for the North Mississippi Allstars to launch a national tour in conjunction with the release of "Hernando," released on January 22nd.

RUBBLEBUCKET
With: Barefoot Truth and Waking Lights
Rubblebucket Album Release Party
Doors at 6:00pm, Show at 7:00pm
$10 adv, $12 at door
Someone recently said "If Brooklyn and New Orleans had a musical love child together it would be Rubblebucket." Rubblebucket is a wild young collective from the northeast with 8 to 9 members on any given night. Their banging horn sounds and dance beats provide a backbone for the mesmerizing vocals of lead singer, Kalmia. Rubblebucket's trip-rock sound has been compared to Talking Heads, Bjork,
Fela Kuti and Portishead but what's in the bucket is completely their own. Barefoot Truth consists of a five-piece roots-rock band from Mystic, CT. Their upbeat live show features didgeridoo, weissenborn lap guitar, upright-bass, lead harmonica, piano, and a drummer on lead locals. Their songs are hook-heavy, and their youthful energy makes listeners believe that, yes, maybe each of us can indeed make a positive impact on one another and on our planet... In fact, the band says the concept behind their new album ‘Threads' is nothing less than "universal consciousness" - they add: "As we emerge from the wreckage of unbridled greed in America, this album aims to inspire us to re-set our value meters, and to celebrate life!"
