EVERY SATURDAY LATE NIGHT at The Highline Ballroom:
The Rewind Show
with live performances and celebrity DJs
21 or over to enter
Doors at 10:30pm, Show at 11:00pm
$20 at door
RSVP to info@4kent.com
The Rewind Show is a vision we have had for as long as we have been in the business of night clubs and event planning. We are tired of the same concept that every night-club in NYC has been stuck with over the years and think that it's time to change the way to party! As we all know nothing can compare to a live performance and therefore we have created the Rewind Show! We want to bring an experience like no other by combining the live music of the 80's Rock & Roll era along with the best DJ's spinning the present hits. Every Saturday night, the Highline Ballroom will operate as a high-end night club to let people experience the Rewind Show.

LOCKERZ PRESENTS: HEY MONDAY
Private Event
Doors at 6:30pm, Show at 7:30pm
Formed in West Palm Beach in the fallout of high school graduation, Hey Monday are led by Cassadee Pope, a firecracker of a front woman with spunk to spare. Their debut album released as a joint venture between Columbia Records and Fallout Boy bassist Pete Wentz's Decaydance Records in October 2008. No matter where they played, the dynamic results were the same, both MTV and RollingStone.com naming Hey Monday a breakout band to watch, Kerrang calling them a "daily dose of happy pop-rock," and Pope gracing the covers of magazines dotting newsstands from the United States to Singapore.

Tuesday, May 11
LITTLE BROTHER
Doors at 7:00pm, Show at 9:00pm
$20 adv, $25 at door
Formed in 2001 in Durham, North Carolina, Little Brother first appeared on the hip-hop scene with their 2003 ABB Records release, THE LISTENING. The album immediately struck a chord with the rap community, garnering praise from the likes of Pete Rock and The Roots, as well as catching the ears of Jay-Z, who recruited producer 9th Wonder to craft tracks for him ('Threat') and Destiny's Child ('Girl' and 'Is She The Reason'). After swift sales and critical praise from virtually all of the mainstream media, the group inked a deal with Atlantic Records in 2004. Diversifying the face of Southern rap and sharpening hip-hop's dull creative edges are Little Brother's main concerns.

FIERCE NIGHT OUT!
Celebrating Fierce's 10th anniversary! Featuring Toshi Reagon & BigLovely, Meshell Ndegeocello, Staceyann Chin and House of Ladosha
Doors at 7:30pm, Show at 9:00pm
$40
In some ways, singer Toshi Reagon is a throwback to classic R & B artists, like Stevie Wonder or Prince, or old school rock group like Led Zeppelin; she can take any style, update it, and make it her own with incredible ease. Despite (or because of) her genre-bending, Toshi fits comfortably on a stage at Carnegie Hall, or in a dirty rock club. Toshi is an artist who's known for energetic performances and a exemplary gift for writing engaging songs that provoke listeners to think and have fun at the same time.

Friday, May 14

Night of a Thousand Stevies is probably the best-known STEVIE NICKS fan event in the world, a riot of shawls, lace, baby's breath, twirling, tambourines and great performance. This event began at JACKIE 60 nineteen years ago with four performers, and has grown into a true spectacle, featuring countless interpretations over a marathon night.
