Harry Connick Jr., Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julia Murney and More Added to 'So In Love' Benefit

Broadway luminaries Harry Connick Jr., Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julia Murney, Mary Testa, Marian Seldes, Richard Easton and Katie Clarke have just been added to the roster of stars appearing in "SO IN LOVE: A NIGHT OF ROMANCE AT THE RAINBOW ROOM," the 21st annual spring gala benefit concert for The Drama League on Monday, February 13, 2006 at The Rainbow Room in New York City (30 Rockefeller Plaza, 65th Floor).

"SO IN LOVE" is directed by Joe Calarco (Shakespeare's R&J) and choreographed by Karma Camp (artistic associate at The Signature Theatre in D.C.), will feature performances by some of Broadway's best and brightest, including Tony Award winner Joanna Gleason (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Tony nominee Liz Callaway (Baby), Ann Hampton Callaway (Swing!), as well as Tina Fabrique (Ragtime), Liz McCartney (Bingo) and Roz Ryan (The Pajama Game). Tony Award winner Hugh Jackman (The Boy from Oz) serves as Honorary Chairman. Additional performers will be announced shortly.

The concert is the highlight of the Drama League's annual benefit gala, which for the first time takes place at Rockefeller Center's breathtaking Rainbow Room. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception where guests can mingle with the performers while taking in the awe-inspiring views of Manhattan. The evening continues with an elegant seated dinner in the main dining room, followed by the performance.

All proceeds from "SO IN LOVE: A NIGHT OF ROMANCE AT THE RAINBOW ROOM" support The Drama League, which was founded in 1916 as an association of theatre professionals and patrons dedicated to encouraging the finest in professional theatre and has since then developed into the theatre's premiere service organization. The Drama League provides an unparalleled training program for emerging theatre artists through The Directors Project, which encourages and trains young talents while providing much-needed exposure and essential connections to the professional theatrical community.

The Drama League's Audience Project is dedicated to building strong, passionate audiences for the American theatre, providing discounted tickets for its members to the best Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional productions across the United States while enhancing the theatergoer's understanding and experience of live theatre through its informative panels, luncheons and discussions with leading figures in the field. The Drama League currently has over 3,000 annual members across the United States and in Europe.

Tickets for "SO IN LOVE" are $500-$2,500 which includes the concert, a pre-gala cocktail reception and a full three-course dinner. A limited number of "show only" tickets are also available for $85 each.
