Not yet. The musical has not yet announced a national tour or plans for additional productions. Before Broadway, it had its world premiere off-Broadway at The Public Theater.
Hell's Kitchen is loosely based on Alicia Keys' real life, growing up in New York City. The musical features songs from Keys' vast music catelog.
There’s a place where the rhythm of the city is music, where every corner has a story, and every window is a kaleidoscope. Where a girl can step out of her apartment and find the world. That’s Hell’s Kitchen.
Hell's Kitchen was conceived by Keys, with music and lyrics by Keys, book by Kristoffer Diaz, music supervision by Adam Blackstone, music consulting by Tom Kitt, choreography by Camille A. Brown and direction by Michael Greif.
Hell's Kitchen is 2 hours and 35 minutes, including one 15 minute intermission.
