According to Deadline, Broadway's Brandon Victor Dixon, who currently takes on the role of Aaron Burr in the smash Broadway hit HAMILTON, will appear in a recurring role on the fourth season of the Starz drama POWER.
The Tony nominee will portray Terry Silver, described as "an accomplished attorney who is suspicious of Ghost's criminal activity." The series, produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, centers on James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), a wealthy New York City nightclub owner who caters to the city's elite.
Dixon received a 2016 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical for his role as Eubie Blake in Shuffle Along, Or the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed. The actor also received a Tony Award nomination for his performance as Harpo in The Color Purple. He has appeared on Broadway as Berry Gordy in Motown: The Musical. At City Center Encores! he appeared in Cotton Club Parade with Wynton Marsalis, and as Royal in House of Flowers.
