HAMILTON Unveils Official App, Featuring Lottery, Stickers, Music, Exclusive Content & More!

Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jeffrey Seller have announced that the official app for Hamilton is now available for all iOS and Android devices in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Initial offerings will include an app-based show lottery, stickers, camera filters, a merchandise store, music, news, tickets, and exclusive content with Lin-Manuel and the Hamilton companies. Visit HamiltonBroadway.com/app for more information!

Soon, the app will include exclusive ticket access, augmented reality, an enhanced #EduHam experience, and interactive karaoke tracks.

Mr. Seller states, "We are constantly exploring ways to allow more people to experience Hamilton in its many forms. This mobile app is designed to do just that -- provide exciting new ways for fans to interact with and gain access to the musical they love."

App-Based #Ham4Ham Lottery

The #Ham4Ham lottery, where fans can enter to win two tickets to Hamilton for only $10 each, is now even easier to enter using the app. The app-based lottery is now available for the national tour in Los Angeles, and will be available in New York on August 22 and Chicago on August 29. Shareable Stickers

With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, music direction/orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The musical won eleven 2016 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Score, Book of a Musical, Direction of a Musical, Choreography and Orchestrations. Mr. Miranda received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama for Hamilton.

HAMILTON is the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War, and was the new nation's first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, Hamilton is the story of America then, told by America now.

The Hamilton Original Broadway Cast Recording is available everywhere nationwide. The Hamilton recording received a 2016 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album.

HAMILTON performs on Broadway at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street), and in Chicago at the PrivateBank Theatre (18 W. Monroe Street). The first national touring production of Hamilton begins performances tonight (August 11) at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre (6233 Hollywood Boulevard) in Los Angeles, with an official opening night on August 16. A London production will be mounted this November. A second national tour begins February 2018 in Seattle.
