This weekend on CUNY TV, writer Neal Gabler will discuss his acclaimed biography "Walt Disney: The Triumph of the American Imagination." According to press notes, he "explains how and why - 100 years after Disney's death - the sensibility (and international corporation) of this brilliant artist and entrepreneur still has a profound influence on virtually all aspects of American entertainment, including Broadway."
Next Friday on Thirteen, there will be a new interview with Elaine Stritch/>, taped at her suite at the Carlyle. She will hold forth on John Doyle/>'s production of Company, Christine Ebersole/> in Grey Gardens, Mother Courage, and much more.
