Grammy And Tony Nominated Artists Set For LaGuardia High School's Annual Benefit  Image

"Raise Your Voice & Raise Some Funds"--LaGuardia High School's (The "FAME" school) sparkling Annual Benefit takes place this Monday, March 5th at The Little Flower Theatre at 100 Amsterdam Avenue. Doors open at 6:30 PM, BROADWAY SINGALONG II at 7:30 pm.

Joining host Paula Leggett Chase (On The 20th Century) and Laguardia's talented students for Broadway Singalong II are: Mary Beth Peil (Anastasia), Everett Bradley (The Meredith Viera Show), Adam Grupper, (My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof), Sydney James Harcourt (Hamilton), Leah Hocking (Billy Elliot, Mamma Mia), Jessica Phillips (Leap of Faith). Backed by12-piece band featuring Broadway's world-class pit players with LaGuardia's student musicians, BROADWAY SINGALONG II invites the audience to sing along with some of Broadway's most beloved tunes. Further delights include surprise virtual performances and tributes from current Broadway companies and Laguardia Alumni.

Pre-show, enjoy cutting-edge student art accompanied by a string quartet and the spectacular "ON DISPLAY" a Living Sculpture Garden created by Heidi Latsky Dance. At 9 pm, join the "Taste of New York" adults-only cocktail party across the street at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.

All proceeds benefit LaGuardia High School of Music, Art and the Performing Arts.
